Founder Luis Torrado, Philadelphia native, grew-up in the tight-knit Spring Garden neighborhood of Philadelphia with his parents that made their way from Puerto Rico in the 1950s. He was raised on an unwavering work ethic and the American Dream. This pushed Luis to pursue contracting and to build-up the city and community that he is so deeply rooted. This drive allowed Luis to grow Torrado Construction and now having had boots on the ground is proud to offer material supplies though Torrado Distributors Inc (TDI).
